A: We are a locally owned and operated family music store.  We strive to provide our customers with the definition of excellent customer service.  We provide our customers the ability to grow through music education and appreciation.  We also work to give back to the community we are a part of.

A: To create an environment for our customers to share in our love of music.  Providing the industries best products with the greatest customer service.

A: We at R & R Guitars define excellent customer service by living and breathing our mission statement.  Customers are the backbone of our business and we strive to always guarantee their satisfaction.

 

Q: What is R & R Guitars return policy?

A:  At R & R Guitars we always strive to get you the right gear the first time.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase of any new product you can exchange it within 3 calendar days from purchase for an item of equal or greater value.  All exchanges must come back in original condition, with no signs of wear.   All original packaging and paperwork must be in 100% condition to qualify for an exchange.  Any gear that has been used at a show will not be accepted for any exchanges.  Any gear that has been registered with the manufacturer will not be accepted for exchanges.  Any and all used gear will not qualify for any exchanges.  There are no exchanges on any used gear purchased at R & R Guitars.

Q: What are the store hours?

A: Monday- Thursday: 10:30 - 8pm

Friday : 10:30 - 6pm

Saturday: 10 - 5pm

Sunday: Closed

 

Q: Does R & R Guitars offer Music Lessons?

A:  Yes, R & R Guitars offers music lessons, please refer to the Lessons portion of the website.

Q:  Can I special order a product from R & R Guitars?

A: Yes we can order any item that is out of stock from manufacturers that we work with.  Customers are asked to put a 100% deposit down to order any special order item.  If the item is a stock item, that happens to be out of stock our standard return policy is in effect.  If the special order item is a non-stock item there are no refunds.

Q: Where is R & R Guitars located?

A:  We are located in the Longwood Village Shopping Plaza, in Longwood, FL.  The address is 1877 West State Rd 434  Longwood, FL 32750.

 

 

Q: What brands do you stock?

A: We currently stock the following brands: Reverend Guitars, Taylor Guitars, ESP Guitars, Takamine Guitars, Yamaha Musical Products, Dunlop, Gator Cases, Kala Ukeleles, and Blackstar Amps. Along with these companies we have access to many more top companies through our distributors Davitt & Hanser and Harris Teller.
